Speak with one voice; lead together

Be solution focused. Identify problems and focus on solutions.
Understand your role/purpose (participant, listener, facilitator)
Evaluate the meeting; use plus/delta for feedback from members
If you have something to say, say it in the room.
Be clear if there are items on there that are going to be shared for feedback, to change, for information, etc. (Discussion, Action, Decision Making)
If you want consensus, use a strategy (thumbs up, like it/live with it)
Use sticky notes, if you need to facilitate sticking points
