It’s important to our success as an organization that leaders connect with employees. Why? Employee feedback on what is working well in our organization, what needs improvement, and who should be recognized is valuable information for leaders to hear from employees. In addition, Making the rounds with employees gives leaders a chance to get to know individual employees better. As leaders, our goal is to periodically share a leader connection summary so that all employees are in the know about the overall themes that emerge from our connections.

  2. Identify 3 Themes from your notes
  3. Identify 2 Opportunities for improvements based on those conversations
  4. Identify 1 Action step being taken or to be taken based on the compilation of leader connection summaries.
