Using the scorecard in the Leading a Successful Reentry Toolkit as a guide, determine the sample measurable areas with aligned sample metrics for each pillar. Choose all or some of the measurable areas and metrics in the scorecard, or modify the ones in the scorecard that are meaningful for your organization. Remember, we want measures that show progress in shorter time spans.
