How accountable are you?
Practice Accountability
Accountability is defined as taking responsibility for one’s actions. The highest levels of accountability in an organization occur when individuals and groups take personal and collective responsibility for success. Accountability is an easy say, and often a hard do. It can be difficult to really know what accountability looks like, making it a challenge to live out. This is especially true in an organization with collective goals. Not only do we need to be accountable for our own success, but we must also be mindful that we impact the success of those around us.
