A recent study shows more than half (53 percent) of working Americans are likely to plan to leave their organization within a year due to mistrust in supervisors. This mistrust is directly associated with lack of support in career development. Leaders who take the time to connect with employees one on one and actively help them progress gain the most return. In direct correlation, employees do their best possible work with purpose and look forward to growing with the organization.
