To ensure meetings are valuable and effective, ask meeting participants to provide feedback about the use of their time. Such feedback may be collected at the end of a steering committee, training, or other team meeting. Whether written or verbal, asking participants to rate the effectiveness of the meeting informs improvement for future meetings. If a written evaluation is used, it can include a rating scale and space to provide top take-aways or to share remaining questions.
