When to Adjust Strategic Actions
While our goals are written in permanent marker, our measures and strategic actions are adjustable. If a measure or tool is not telling us what we need to know about our progress, we should find a better one. The same is true for our strategies. In this short video, Dr. Robin Largue, one of our leader coaches, gives teams permission to write strategic actions in pencil, and to keep the eraser close by. We do not have to wait an entire year to change our actions when the data tell us they are not working.
