When Emotional Reasoning Trumps IQ

Many companies and B schools still treat strategy and execution as separate beasts, despite increasing evidence that the divide does much more damage than good. A large part of the problem may be that people view strategic reasoning as a high-level executive function of the brain and tactical thought as a discrete, lower-level activity.
