Increasing Transparency & Accountability with Scorecards
In this video, Michael Crafton, Provost at the University of West Georgia, explains how using scorecards increases transparency and accountability throughout their organization. Most people would agree that transparency is good, however, they may try to avoid it themselves. We find when we openly communicate about our progress and our results people feel more responsible for the outcomes. Embracing transparency builds individual accountability.
