Conducting A D.E.S.K. Conversation and Action Plan


Read the following scenario and use the low performer D.E.S.K. conversation template to plan how you would approach the sub-par performance described below. Then, create an action plan using the performance plan template provided. A performance plan is not always necessary, as the employee's behavior may change as a result of the D.E.S.K. conversation. If that is not the case, the performance plan serves as documentation that may be required by Human Resources for taking steps to formally remove the individual from the organization.
